Deliveredme, Pakistan’s leading e-ticketing platform with over 4.6 million registered customers in the transportation and entertainment industry has raised around $ 7.5 million in Series A funding round .
The round was co-led by Zayn Capital, UAE-based initial investor Lakson VC and Hayaat Global, with participation from BY Ventures and New York-based Jabbar Internet Group, Millville Opportunities and Mentor’s Fund, based in Silicon-Valley.
Faizan Aslam, CEO and Founder of Bookme, expressed his point of view:
Our aim at Bookme has always been the customer experience. With that in mind, we’ve created a fully integrated platform that allows customers to seamlessly make reservations with one click. We have digitized the transportation and paper travel industry in Pakistan to create a plug and play distribution system that interconnects the reservation systems of intercity buses, domestic and international airlines, hotels and events.
In our opinion, making the overall experience cashless through APIs to enable Super App payment apps was integral to completing the digital experience.
With the highest number of daily digital transactions for banks and payment gateways, Bookme is Pakistan’s first cashless platform. To help ensure a transparent, simple and efficient electronic ticketing system in Pakistan, Bookme has partnered with the country’s leading mobile wallet platform to offer its customers BNPL services, which leverage historical data and spending habits from more than six million customers.
Due to massive infrastructure investments over the past five years, Pakistan’s road infrastructure and connectivity have improved on an unprecedented scale, resulting in significant growth in the intercity bus segment. In addition, Pakistan’s large urban cities are home to a significant number of rural migrants, resulting in a high demand for bus trips for their business trips.
Babar Lakhani, Managing Partner of Lakson Venture Capital, said:
To bookWe are led by an exceptional team with a clear vision that has enabled them to grow rapidly and dominate the travel and ticketing market in Pakistan. We are delighted to continue to invest in Bookme and firmly believe that Series A funding will allow Bookme to expand its operations, increase its market share and transform the travel and ticketing space in the country. “
Faisal Aftab, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Zayn Capital Frontier Fund, said:
From its seed stage to scaling up in one of Pakistan’s leading booking platforms, we have followed Bookme’s progress. We are extremely proud to continue to be a part of their journey as we believe this team is capable of building a unicorn.
The growing demand for buses is also due to cost efficiency and shorter travel distances in densely populated provinces such as Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. With the rise of tourism and national entertainment in recent years, the middle class of 82 million people, largely made up of millennials and millennials, has contributed to the increase in demand for buses. , airlines, hotels and entertainment venues.

Under Faizan’s inspired leadership, this stellar team has shown their market acumen with unique and compelling offerings and partnerships that have energized their trajectory.
