The company said the total interim dividend payment is Rs 10.86 crore.
This is the second dividend announced by EaseMyTrip since its IPO in March. In April, the company announced an interim dividend of 100% or Rs 2 per share for fiscal year 2020-21.
“The dividend on the participating shares will be credited to the members according to the records of the depositaries as beneficial owners of the shares on the registration date of Monday November 22, 2021. The interim dividend will be paid no later than December 10, 2021, “the company said in a statement.
The company last week announced net profit more than four times higher than Rs 27.1 crore for the quarter ended September 30. It had announced a net profit of Rs 6.3 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Its gross booking revenue (GBR) at T2FY22 was Rs 895.1 crore compared to Rs 339 crore at T2FY21, up 164% year over year. It stood at Rs 357 crore in the first quarter of fiscal 22, up 151% quarter over quarter.
