The St Moritz, a 48-room luxury resort with 13 self-catering apartments and 34 self-catering villas, located in Cornwall, has seen online bookings skyrocket thanks to its new website and online booking platform of Guestline (www.stmoritzhotel .co.uk).
As a result, direct online bookings have increased by over 400% since the site went live, and the resort has reduced its reliance on third-party bookings, reducing its OTA commissions and generating profits. The front desk team now handles fewer calls and can spend more time focusing on customer service.
